Authenticate via one of your other services and save on passwords

You can now use Single Sign-On (SSO) to access Damstra Forms. This feature allows your organization to choose an identity provider—such as Google, Microsoft, Procore, Autodesk, or any SAML2-compatible provider—so users can sign in without needing to remember another password.

🔧 Set up SSO for your organization

To configure SSO, you must have Manage Organization permissions.

Follow the SSO setup guide to connect your chosen identity provider to Damstra Forms.

🔐 Sign in with SSO

Once SSO is set up, users will see the option to sign in using your organization’s identity provider on the Damstra Forms login screen.

Here’s how the sign-in process works:

1. Select your organization’s SSO login option (e.g., Sign in with Google).
2. Complete the sign-in process with your identity provider.
3. Get automatically redirected back to Damstra Forms—already signed in!
