Users who have been assigned a scheduled lesson.

No special access or permissions are required.

This article explains how trainees can access and watch scheduled lessons using the Ideagen Learning web app or mobile app. It also covers lesson status indicators and how to continue previously started lessons.

1. Starting a lesson

To start a lesson:

1. Access Ideagen Learning in web or on mobile.
2. Navigate to the Learn menu.
   This is the landing page after login.
3. Select a lesson to watch it.
   We recommend prioritising lessons that are overdue or due soon.

2. Resuming a lesson

To resume a lesson:

1. Access Ideagen Learning in web or on mobile.
2. Navigate to the Learn menu.
   This is the landing page after login.
3. Select a lesson from the Continue Watching section.

You will resume the lesson from where you last left off. There is no time limit for completing library lessons, but we recommend doing so before they become overdue!
