This article explains how to distribute mandatory lessons using the Library feature for the first time. It enables flexible, personalised training tailored to each trainee’s schedule and needs.

1. Distributing lessons

To distribute mandatory lessons:

1. Navigate to Manage.
2. Select Lessons.
3. Open a lesson.

4. Hover over the lesson card.
5. Click Preview lesson.

6. Scroll down to the Library section.
7. Tick Add to Library.
   This will make the lesson available for distribution.

8. Use the Available To option to specify which users or groups can access the lesson.
