Overview of the Workforce management menu

Level 1-3 permissions are required. Custom permissions may be required for some options.
The Workforce navigation menu is located on the left side of the screen. It provides a two-pane layout that allows you to access and manage employee records, documents, timecards, skills, and crew information.
This article explains how to use the menu to access employee-related features and reports.
1. Menu options
Below is a list of all options available in the Workforce management menu.
| Option | Description |
| Employee search | View all employees registered to the selected worksites. |
| Add new employee | Manually add permanent employees. Requires custom permissions. |
| Upload employee documents | Upload documents for processing. Requires additional permissions. |
| Timecards | Generate and view employee timecard reports. Requires additional permissions. |
| Total worked hours | Generate reports on total hours worked by employees. |
| Skills matrix | View skills matrix reports for selected worksites. |
| Basic skill search | Generate reports based on skill code, type, group, and name. |
| Advanced skill search | Perform advanced skill-based reporting. |
| Job title matrix | View job title matrices configured for specific worksite requirements. |
| All crews | View all crews assigned to selected worksites. |
| Create new crew | Add new crews for selected worksites. |
| Send message to employees | Send messages to employees upon login via the terminal. |
The menu dynamically updates based on the selected worksite and your permissions level. To request additional access for specific worksites, contact your System Administrator.
