📄 In the Compliance Module, users can view and manage Observations submitted through the Notify App or Webform Portal.
This guide explains how to customize ‘Categories’ and ‘Classifications’ that users can select when submitting an Observation.



 

⚙️ Settings

Observation options are available in Settings, found under the Profile icon at the top of the screen.



 

📂 Observations

• Expand the Compliance section

• Click ‘Observations’
  
  
  
   

• You will see Categories and Classifications displayed as picklists with available options.
  
  

➕ Add a Category

• Click the ‘+’ icon
  
  
  
   

• Enter the Category name
  
  
  
   

• Click ‘Save’
  
  
   

➕ Add a Classification

• Select the desired Category

• Click the ‘+’ icon
  
  
  
   

• Enter the Classification name
  
  
  
   

• Click ‘Save’
  
  
   

✏️ Edit a Category or Classification

• Select the item from the picklist

• Click the ‘Edit’ icon
  
  
  
   

• Enter the new name and click ‘Save’
  
  
   

🗑️ Delete a Category or Classification

• Select the item from the picklist

• Click the ‘Delete’ icon
  
  
  
   

• Click ‘Yes’ to confirm
  
  
  
   

Important:

• ❗ Deleting a Category removes all child Classifications

• ❗ This change is permanent and cannot be undone
