Filtering options allows you to narrow down data based on specific criteria. This ensures that the reports are tailored to your needs, making them easier to analyse.
This article outlines the available filtering options for refining data and how to apply them.
1. Applying filters
To apply filters:
- Select filters to apply.
You can combine multiple filters to refine the report as needed. - Click Filter.
2. Available filters
| Filter | Description |
| Name | Filter by visitor’s first name, last name, or both. |
| Company | Filter by the company the visitor belongs to. |
| Visiting | Filter by the name of the person the visitor is meeting. |
| From date | Set the start date for the report. Defaults to the current date if not specified. |
| To date | Set the end date for the report. Defaults to the current date if not specified. |
| Visitor type | Filter by visitor type. Choose from: Visitor, Contractor, Staff, or VIP. |
| On-site status | Filter by on-site type. Choose from: All of the above, On Site, Pre Registered, or Signed Out. |
| Site induction status | Filter by site induction status. Choose from: Valid induction or Invalid induction. |
| All temperatures | Filter by temperature. Choose from: All, Abnormal, or Normal temperatures. |
| Equipment | Filter by equipment type. |
| Equipment status | Filter by equipment status. |
