If you’ve forgotten your Damstra Forms password, you can easily reset it using the Forgotten password? link available on the sign-in screens.

🔁 Reset your password on web, iOS, or Windows

1. Go to the Damstra Forms sign-in screen.
2. Click Forgotten password?
3. Enter the email address linked to your user profile.
4. Check your inbox for a password reset email.
5. Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to create a new password.

If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

📱 Reset your password on Android

The Android app does not currently support in-app password resets. To reset your password:

1. Open a web browser on your device.
2. Go to your Damstra Forms server URL (e.g., https://yourcompany.au.damstraforms.com).
3. Click Forgotten password? and follow the same steps as above.
