Viewing the Workforce Management tab

Users responsible for managing users.
Level 1-3 permissions are required.
The Workforce Management tab displays both active and inactive employee profiles for the selected company.
This article explains the purpose and features of the Employees tab, including how to view active and inactive employee profiles and filter based on worksite access.
1. Accessing the page
To access the page:
- Go to Company management.
- Use Search to find a company.
- Click the company to open their profile.
You will be taken to the Company details page where the Workforce Management tab will be open by default.
This page is read-only. Editing must be done through the Workforce management menu.
2. Filtering the list
To filter the list, open the dropdown in the top-right of the list.
You can choose to view:
- All employees - This will display all active and inactive employees working for the company, including contractors.
- Those with a valid worksite access - This will display all active employees working for the company, including contractors.
