Viewing the induction and registration records in the Learning Management module
Who is this article for?
Users who need to view induction and registration records for employees and worksites.
Access to Learning Management module is required.
The Induction & Registration Search report allows you to view and analyse induction and registration records for selected employees and worksites using customisable filters and display options.
1. Accessing the report
To access the Induction & Registration Search report, follow these steps:
- Open the left-side navigation menu.
- Click Learning Management.
- Select Induction & Registration Search.
2. Setting your search criteria
Use the available filters to customise your report and narrow down the results.
Inductions and registrations
- Select one or more inductions or registrations from the drop-down menu
- Check Valid inductions/registrations to include only valid records
- Check Inactive status to include inactive records
Dates
- Select a date range for the report
- Include expiry date range as an additional filter
Employees
- Use the All Employees drop-down to select specific employees
- Use the All Companies drop-down to filter by company
- Use the Skill drop-down to filter by skill groups
Additional filters
- Include inactive employees
- Exclude employees with valid inductions or registrations
- Include employees who were booked but did not attend
Display options
- Induction or registration details
- Company details
- Job titles
- Department
- Crews
- Log on history
- Induction or registration count
Sort by
- Employee ID number
- Employee name
- Induction or registration as of date
- Company name
3. Viewing the generated report
Once you have set your search criteria, the report displays the following information:
- Badge number
- Employee name (clickable to view profile in a new tab)
- Company name
- Location name
- Expiration date
- Status
- Additional columns based on your display selections
4. Using report tools
The report includes several tools to help you work with the data.
To export the report, follow these steps:
- Click the Download button.
- Select your preferred format (Excel or CSV).
To search within the report, follow these steps:
- Use the Find bar to search for keywords.
- Click the Next button to jump to the next matching keyword.
To navigate the report, use the page navigation buttons to move between report pages.
Tip: Use multiple filters to narrow down results efficiently, export the report for offline analysis or sharing, and bookmark the report page for quick access.
