Scheduling the job title matrix report in EPP

This article explains how to schedule a saved Job Title Matrix report to be emailed regularly to selected recipients. The report can be scheduled regardless of visibility, as long as the recipient is an EPP user for the worksite.
Steps:
Step 1: Open a saved matrix
From theĀ Job Title MatrixĀ page, go to theĀ Saved MatricesĀ tab and select the matrix you want to schedule.
Step 2: Enable scheduled email
Go to theĀ Scheduled EmailĀ tab and toggle onĀ Schedule email for this matrix.
Step 3: Configure email settings
Fill in the following details:

Subject: If left blank, the default subject will be:
Job Title Matrix ā [Worksite Name] ā [Matrix Name] ā [Date] - Frequency and Time: Choose how often and when the email should be sent.
- Recipients: Select EPP users for the worksite.
- Optional Message: Add any notes or instructions to include in the email.
Step 4: Save and confirm
Click theĀ UpdateĀ button to apply the settings.
You will receive a test email immediately. Future emails will be sent based on the selected schedule.

Update:
Exported reports now include aĀ āSigned byāĀ section for physical sign-off. This section contains:
- Signature
- Name
- Position
- Date
