• Permissions and access
  Worksite users with card printing access can grant this functionality to others by navigating to:
  System Settings → User Login Accounts → Select a user → Permissions and access → Access control → Tick ‘Print access cards’.

• Accessing card printing
  Navigate to Access control → Print access cards → Queue cards to print tab.

• Submitting a card print request
  1. Select the printer from the dropdown list.
  2. Choose the card type.
  3. Select employees:

     • From a list: Includes employees eligible for card printing. Ineligible employees will show a reason below their name.

       

  • Bulk upload: Enter employee ID numbers separated by commas. Invalid IDs will be skipped.

    

  • You can use both methods simultaneously.

    

  1. Tick ‘Do not print a card if it’s already been printed in the last 4 days’ to avoid duplicates.
  2. Click Print to submit the request.
