Check list of integration tags
Please note that you cannot create new integration tags. Instead, you can only use predefined integration tags which are listed below.
Accountable_number
The accountable_number tag identifies the Damstra ID of the accountable person.
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with Safety.
Accountable_type
The accountable_type tag identifies the Safety record type of the accountable person. Allowed values are Employee and Contractor.
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with Safety.
Action_description
The action_description tag identifies the detailed description of the action to be done.
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with Safety.
Action_due_date
The action_due_date tag identifies the due date of the action to be done.
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with Safety.
Action_notify
The action_notify tag identifies whether an email should be sent to the person to whom an action is assigned. Allowed values are Yes and No.
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with Safety.
Action_status
The action_status tag identifies the status of an action. Allowed values are Not Started, Underway and Completed.
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with Safety.
Action_status_date
The action_status_date tag identifies the date that relates to the status of an action. Allowed values are Not Started, Underway and Completed.
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with Safety.
Assessor
The assessor tag identifies the person who performed the assessment.
Asset_mileage
The asset_mileage tag identifies the mileage figure of an asset.
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with Safety.
Assets_providers
The assets_providers tag identifies a company that supplied an item or plant or equipment. It is not used at present.
Assigned_number
The assigned_number tag identifies the Damstra ID of the person assigned to a record.
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with Safety.
Assigned_type
The assigned_type tag identifies the Safety record type of the person assigned to a record. Allowed values are Employee and Contractor.
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with Safety.
Authoriser
The authoriser tag identifies the person who authorised the participant to perform the task they have been found competent to perform.
CA_{X}
The CA_{X} tag identifies the child action form attached to the parent form. {X} can be replaced with anything that is meaningful to the integration field.
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with Safety.
Checked_by
The checked_by tag identifies the form owner who conducted the inspection.
Check_date
The check_date tag identifies the date when a form was conducted.
Comments
The comments tag identifies the field containing any comments from the person who completed the form, and which need to be recorded in the other product module's record (e.g. employee's profile in Workforce Management or record in Safety).
Competency_level
If it's included in a form, the competency_level tag identifies the skill level with which the relevant skill will be recorded in EPP (e.g. Authorised or Minimal Supervision).
If it's not included in a form, the skill from the form will be added to the worker's EPP profile with a default skill level of Competent.
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with EPP workforce management.
Control_type
The control_type tag identifies the relevant Hierarchy of Control type that applies to a particular action.
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with Safety.
Damstra_person_id
The damstra_person_id tag identifies the EPP employee whose profile will be updated with the details of the assessment.
Ds_asset_id
The ds_asset_id tag identifies the Safety asset for which the inspection was conducted.
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with Safety.
Ds_asset_type
The ds_asset_type tag identifies the type of the Safety asset for which the inspection was conducted.
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with Safety.
Ds_person_id
The ds_person_id tag identifies the Safety worker who conducted the inspection.
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with Safety.
Ds_person_type
The ds_person_type tag identifies the Safety record type of the person assigned to a record. Allowed values are Employee and Contractor.
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with Safety.
Ds_site
The ds_site tag identifies the Safety site that the record relates to.
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with Safety.
Files
The files tag identifies the files to be attached to record in the other product module.
Hired_equipment
The hired_equipment tag identifies an item of plant or equipment. It is not used at present.
Name
The name tag identifies the name of a record.
Owner
The owner tag identifies the person who is responsible for filling in the form in its current state.
Parent_type
The parent_type identifies the Safety parent object that the action is associated with.
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with Safety.
Project_companies
The project_companies tag identifies a company that supplied people or equipment to the site. It is not used at present.
Reference
The reference tag identifies the external reference text or number of the action to be done.
Result_of_assessment
The result_of_assessment tag identifies the result of an assessment of an employee (e.g. whether the participant is Competent or Not Yet Competent). EPP uses this value to decide whether to pass the skill gained via this form to other systems, with the skill only being passed to the other systems if result_of_assessment is Competent.
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with EPP workforce management.
Note: to set the skill level to be used when adding the skill from the form to the employee's EPP profile, use the competency_level integration tag.
Short_description
The short_description tag identifies the brief description of the inspection record.
Skill_code
The skill_code tag identifies the skill code for the assessment, which will be used by EPP to save the skill in the correct location for the employee.
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with EPP workforce management.
Status
The status tag identifies the status of the record. For forms that are integrated with Safety, allowed values are Not Started, Underway and Completed.
Subtype
The subtype tag identifies the secondary record type of a Safety record (e.g. if the type is Inspection, then the subtype identifies the type of inspection).
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with Safety.
Train_coordinator
The train_coordinator tag identifies the person who approved the participant to be trained or assessed.
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with EPP workforce management.
Trained_date
The trained_date tag identifies the date of the training or assessment.
Trainee
The trainee tag identifies the person who is being trained.
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with EPP workforce management.
Trainer
The trainer tag identifies the person who conducted the training.
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with EPP workforce management.
Training_type
The training_type tag identifies whether the assessment is Full Training or Refresher.
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with EPP workforce management.
Type
The type tag identifies the primary record type of a Safety record (e.g. the type of Compliance record).
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with Safety.
Updated_by
The updated_by tag identifies the user who updated an action. It must only be used on an Owner field.
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with Safety.
URL
The url tag identifies a url that is associated with the action to be done. It does not have to be a valid URL. For example, both https://theage.com.au and theage.com.au are valid values.
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with Safety.
URL_title
The url_title tag identifies the title (e.g. The Age) of the url that is associated with the action to be done.
It is presently used only for forms that are integrated with Safety.
