Viewing and managing access control data from employee profiles

Authorized users who need to monitor employee attendance, health compliance, access history, and worksite restrictions.
Access level and custom permissions vary by section
The Access Control tab on an employee's profile page provides visibility into access-related data, including timecards, temperature readings, access card usage, and worksite bans.
1. Accessing the Access Control tab
The Access Control tab is located on the employee's profile page and displays various access-related records and reports.
Note: The sections you can view depend on your access level and custom permissions.
2. Viewing timecards
The Timecards section displays the employee's shift activity for any selected date range. This section shows:
- Day of the week
- Date worked
- Shift start time
- Shift end time
- Total shift hours
- Total worked hours in the last seven days
- Origin of the record
Note: Users with access levels one to three must have custom permissions enabled to view this section.
3. Reviewing temperature sensing records
The Temperature sensing section shows temperature readings recorded for the employee. You can filter readings by date range and download the report in Excel or CSV format.

4. Checking access card activity
The Access card section displays the employee's access card activity, including printing and posting history.
5. Managing worksite bans
The Worksite bans section allows authorised Level 3 users with custom permissions to view and manage worksite bans. The following details are available:
- Banned worksite name
- Ban status
- Ban expiry date
- Reason for ban
- Date the ban was added
You can also add a new worksite ban or cancel an existing ban from this section.
6. Understanding access permissions
Not all users can view access control data. Only users with the appropriate access level and custom permissions can view or manage specific sections within the Access Control tab.
7. Downloading temperature reports
You can export temperature readings to Excel or CSV formats directly from the Temperature sensing section.
