Example use case - Link employee to EPP
- Add a “List” field.
- Go into the Settings option (wheel on the right of list field).
- Use the Data Source : Project List dropdown to select what you want the list to be. For this example, it is all people inducted onto this site.
- Click on Advanced Settings and scroll down to the Integration Tag section, where you will type in “trainee”.
- Add a "Formula" field.
- Go into the Settings option (wheel on the right of formula field).
- In the Formula field, type in the formula displayed. Change the “TOP!_” to the Project list that you just built so that EPP can pull the employee information from the form. This will enable EPP attach the skill to the right person.
- Click on Advanced Settings and scroll down to the Integration Tag section, where you type in “damstra_person_id”.
