Export PDFs or a CSV with a list of multiple register items.

Export PDFs in Bulk

You can download PDFs of forms, actions and memos in bulk (instead of one at a time).

Using the Web App, go into the Actions or Forms and choose Export => PDFs.

This will generate an export of all of the PDFs for records currently displayed (that is, with the current filters taken into account). When the export is ready for download, you will receive an email with a link. Alternatively, you can find your export in the Exports Register.

Export a Register

You can download a Register to a CSV file, for forms, memos and actions.

The resulting CSV file will contain the metadata for all of the items currently displayed in the register, along with details about the currently selected filters. 

You can find the Export Register option in the Action, Form and Memos registers under the Export drop down list.
