Contractor users who need to register a new account.

No special access or permissions are required.

To onboard an employee into an Opal Healthcare Care Community, an organisation must be registered with Ideagen Workforce Safety. Once registered, the organisation can manage user access within the platform to ensure the appropriate personnel are authorised to manage and maintain employee records.

This article walks you through the registration process.

1. Registering an account

To register an account:

1. Go to the Company Register.
2. Select the region for the relevant Care Community.
3. Click Next.

4. Enter Company details.
5. Enter Company contact details.
6. Enter Company's physical address.

5. Add a Contact person.
   This person will be contacted for employee inductions, registrations, and training.
6. Add an Accounts contact.

7. Read the Confirmation required statement.
8. Tick the statement if you're happy to proceed.
9. Tick I'm not a robot to verify.
10. Click Send for approval.

You will receive an email once your account has been approved.

Important
You must notify Opal HealthCare once your account has been created so they can issue a prequalification invitation to your organisation.
