Responding to clarification requests
Who is this article for?
Company users responsible for completing a prequalification.
Worksite invite is required.
The Request Clarification feature allows worksites to communicate specific issues with company submissions, such as missing details, unclear responses, or document inconsistencies, without immediately rejecting them.
This article explains how you can respond to received requests.
1. Responding to clarification requests
Company accountholders receive email notifications when a clarification request is submitted.
To respond to a clarification request:
- Go to Company management.
- Select Client Prequalification Queue.
- View the relevant prequalification in the Attention required section.
- Click Respond to clarification request to view the request.
- Expand the request.
- Read the message.
- Enter your response.
- If applicable, attach a supporting document.
- Click Send Response.
2. Resolving declined documents
To resolve declined documents:
- Go to Company management.
- Select Client Prequalification Queue.
- View the relevant prequalification in the Attention required section.
- Reupload the document that addresses the reason for decline.
- Click Send for verification.
