Greater user control of person involved & accountable site in events
When adding or editing an event, previously the Person Involved and Accountable Site fields defaulted based on the Person Reporting as follows:
- the Person Involved was automatically set to be the same as the Person Reporting
- the Accountable Site was automatically set to be the assigned site of the Person Reporting.
Sometimes users did not notice that this was happening, which led to events having incorrect details.
In this release we have made a change so to give users greater control of the data in the Person Involved and Accountable Site fields.
When adding an event, you can now choose to either:
- enter the details of the Person Involved if they are someone other than the Person Reporting, or
- select a checkbox to set the Person Involved to be the same as the Person Reporting.
When editing an event, there is now no dependency between the Person Reporting field and the Person Involved field - these fields can be changed independently. This prevents any unintended data changes, such as the Supervisor field being changed if the Person Reporting is changed in an event.
Audit logs for Worker records
Any changes to data in the Details tab of a Worker record are now audited, with changes shown in the Audit Log tab.
Audit log coverage for other tabs will be added in future releases.
All Actions and My Actions sub-type fix
The All Actions and My Actions dashboards have been updated so that action types and sub-types are showing correctly.
Previously some sub-types were not showing correctly.
