Your Company Details
When providing company details, it is important to include comprehensive and relevant information that gives a clear overview of your organization. Company users can access this via the left side menu of the EPP Contractor Portal, by clicking System Settings → Your Company details.
In this feature, an Admin access could edit the company details, such as:
- Company's Contact Details
- Company’s Physical Address
- Primary contact for employee mobilisations
- Primary contact for accounts
Note: Standard users can only view the company details, editing rights is not an option.
Company Contact Details
This pertains to your company’s phone and Fax numbers (optional).
Company Physical Address
This pertains to your company address, (country, street, suburb/city, post/zip code state).
Primary contact for employee mobilisations
This pertains to the addressee for employee mobilisation. Anything related to employee mobilisation will be sent and addressed to the information provided in this section.
Admin users also have the option to edit where their employees’ Damstra Cards want to be delivered.
Primary contact for accounts
This pertains to the primary account holder or Admin of your Company Portal.
Admin users also have the option to edit where their invoices and other related matters will be sent.
By clicking the button will save the information provided. Edited information will automatically be saved to the account and will not require verification.
