No elevated permissions are required.

Ideagen Workforce Safety Insights has two user roles with distinct permissions: Creators and Viewers.

1. Understanding the Creator role

Users with Creator access have full permissions to create, edit, and manage dashboards and visuals.

To work with dashboards, Creators can:

• Create a Dashboard
• Edit a Dashboard
• Save a Dashboard
• Delete a Dashboard
• Add Visuals to a Dashboard
• Schedule a Dashboard Report
• Share a Dashboard

To work with visuals, Creators can:

• Create local visuals
• Edit Visuals
• Share a Visual
• Save Visuals
• Add Visuals to the Visual Gallery

2. Understanding the Viewer role

Users with Viewer access can see shared dashboards and data in visuals. Viewers can navigate and adjust the dashboard and visuals temporarily, but any changes made are discarded when they navigate away from the dashboard.

Viewers can also export dashboards.
