This article shows you how to reset your password.

1. Resetting a password

To reset your password:

1. Go to the sign in page for your region:
   • Australia
   • United States
2. Click Forgot your password?

3. Enter your Email.
4. Click Reset my password.

5. Look for an email from Ideagen Workforce Safety containing a code.
   If you do not see it, check your Spam or Junk folder.

6. Enter the verification Code.
7. Enter a New Password.
8. Confirm it in the Enter New Password Again field.
9. Click Change Password.
