Users who want to learn to access Ideagen learning for the first time.

No elevated permissions are required.

This article explains how to set up your Ideagen Learning account after receiving the welcome email, including instructions for both new and existing users.

1. Setting up your account as a new user

To set up your Ideagen Learning account for the first time, follow these steps:

1. Open the welcome email.
2. Click the link labelled Click here to access....

3. Enter your new password on the password setup page.
4. Save your password.

After saving your password, the system will redirect you based on your device:

• On PC, you will be redirected to the Learning Portal for your client or project

• On mobile, you will be directed to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to download the Ideagen Workforce Safety Learning app. Once installed, the app will take you to the Learning Portal

To log in to the Learning Portal, follow these steps:

1. Enter the Username provided in the welcome email (this is your Ideagen ID).

2. Enter the password you created.
3. If prompted for a web address, enter the value listed under the Web Address field in the welcome email.

4. Click on the learning course you need to complete.
5. Follow the instructions to complete your training.

2. Accessing your account as an existing user

If you are returning for a different client or project, or if your training has expired, use your existing credentials to access the Learning Portal.

To access the Learning Portal as an existing user, follow these steps:

1. Open the welcome email.
2. Click the link labelled Click here to access....
3. If prompted for a web address, or if it differs from your previous one, enter the value listed under the Web Address field in the welcome email. You can update this on the login page.

4. Log in using your existing username and password.
5. Click on the learning course you need to complete.
6. Follow the instructions to complete your training.

3. Resetting your password if you have forgotten it

If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it from the login page.

To reset your password, follow these steps:

1. On PC or Mac, click Help! I can't login to my account. On mobile, tap Forgot Password.
2. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email to reset your password.

Important: Make sure your account is active before attempting to log in or reset your password.
