How to Create Learning Pathways
Follow these steps to create and configure a Learning Pathway:
1. Access the Learning Pathways Configuration
From the Menu, go to:
System Settings → Configure Learning Pathways
2. Create a New Learning Pathway
- Click the (Add New) button.
- Enter the Path Name for your new learning pathway.
- Click (Save) to proceed.
3. Configure the Learning Pathway
You will be redirected to the configuration page for the new learning path.
4. Add Requirements to the Learning Path
- Click the Requirements tab.
- Then click the (Add Level) button.
- A pop-up window will appear where you can:
- Enter the Level Name
- Select the required Skills, Medical Checks, or Other Requirements
5. Save the Requirements
- Once you’ve added all necessary items, click the (Add level) button to confirm.
6. Edit or Delete a Level
- To modify or remove a level, click the (More Options) icon next to the level name.
- Choose Edit or Delete as needed.
7. Activate the Learning Pathway
- When all requirements are complete, click the Activate button.
⚠️ Note: Once activated, the learning path can be assigned to employee profiles. However, it cannot be deleted after activation.
8. Save as Draft (Optional)
If you choose not to activate the learning path immediately, it will be saved as a Draft. Drafts can be edited at any time.
9. Editing an Active Learning Path
Editing an active learning path will create a New Draft Version. You can then update:
- Path Name
- Levels
- Requirements
Once changes are complete, you can activate the new version.
