How do I clean and disinfect the kiosk touchscreen?

Cleaning and disinfecting your TIKS Touchscreen Product

1.     Do not get any liquids inside the screen.

2.     Do not spray the touchscreen directly. Instead, use a wet wipe, or lightly spray a clean microfiber cloth.

3.     Select the recommended cleaning wipes or microfiber cloths to avoid scratching the touchscreens. Please take a look at the cleaning products listed below.

4.     Do not use highly concentrated alcohol, non-diluted bleach, or ammonia solutions, as these may cause discolouration.

5.     Wipe the surfaces with a microfiber cloth and allow the screen to dry. We recommend using two microfiber cloths, one for cleaning and one for drying.

·        Laser clean screen cleaner (available as a spray or wipes)

·        Moki Clean Screen (available as a spray or wipes)

Do NOT use the following materials when cleaning/disinfecting your touchscreen

·        Isopropyl Alcohol at a concentration

·        Methyl Alcohol or Ethyl Alcohol at a concentration

·        Thinner or benzine

·        Strong alkalil

·        Strong solvents

·        Acids

·        Detergents with fluoride

·        Glass cleaner

·        Detergents with ammonia at a concentration

·        Abrasive cleaners

·        Detergents with abrasives

·        Steel wool

·        Sponges with abrasives

·        Steel blades

·        Cloth with steel threads
