Configuring your own mobilisations
Accessing Configure Mobilisations
You can access the Configure Mobilisations feature via the left-hand navigation:
System Settings → Workforce Management Settings → Configure Mobilisations
Overview of Mobilisation Configuration
The Configure Mobilisations menu allows users to manage all settings and requirements for mobilising employees to a worksite. Mobilisation requirements can be configured using the following skill types:
- Worksite Skills
- Worksite Appointments
- Medical Record Skills
- Communications
- Org-wide Qualifications
Available Actions in Configure Mobilisations
Users can perform the following actions:
- View Existing Mobilisations
- Create New Mobilisation
- Duplicate Mobilisation
- Delete Mobilisation
- View Mobilisation Summary
- Inactivate Mobilisation
- Edit Mobilisation Settings & Requirements
- View Mobilisation Linkages
- View Employees with Mobilisation
- View Mobilisation Change History
1. View Existing Mobilisations
Displays a list of mobilisations with details such as:
- Status (Active, Inactive, Draft)
- Expiry
- Session Requirement
- Number of Requirements
- Linkages
- Number of Employees
Status Definitions:
- Active – Currently assigned to employee profiles.
- Inactive – Previously active, now archived.
- Draft – Created but not yet activated; cannot be added to profiles.
2. Create New Mobilisation
Allows users to create a new mobilisation in Draft status.
Steps:
- Go to Configure Job Titles.
- Click Create New Mobilisation.
- Enter required details (e.g., name, expiry).
- Click Create mobilisation.
3. Duplicate Mobilisation
Duplicates an existing mobilisation (any status) into Draft status.
Steps:
- Go to Configure Job Titles.
- Click More Options → Duplicate.
- Enter a new name.
- Click Create mobilisation.
4. Delete Mobilisation
Only mobilisations in Draft status can be deleted.
Steps:
- Go to Configure Job Titles.
- Click More Options → Delete.
- Confirm deletion.
⚠️ Deleted mobilisations cannot be recovered.
5. View Mobilisation Summary
Located at the top of the mobilisation details page, this section includes:
- Title
- Status
- Expiry
- Session Requirement
- Edit Draft Button
- Actions Menu
Steps:
- Select a mobilisation name or click View Details.
6. Inactivate Mobilisation
Inactivates a previously active mobilisation. Records remain on employee profiles, but no new records or linkages can be added.
Steps:
- Select a mobilisation.
- Click More Options → Inactivate.
- Confirm action.
7. Edit Mobilisation Settings & Requirements
Allows users to modify mobilisation details and manage requirements.
Steps:
- Select a mobilisation.
- Click Edit Draft.
- In the Settings Tab, update name, expiry, session requirement.
- In the Requirements Tab, add/edit/expire requirements.
- Click Update to save the changes.
8. View Mobilisation Linkages
Displays prerequisite relationships between mobilisations (e.g., Surface Induction required before Underground Induction).
Steps:
- Select a mobilisation.
- Go to the Linkages Tab.
- View linked mobilisations and upcoming sessions.
9. View Employees with Mobilisation
Shows a list of employees assigned to the selected mobilisation.
Displayed Info:
- Employee Name
- Company Name
- Mobilisation Status
- Start & Expiry Dates
Steps:
- Select a mobilisation.
- Go to the Employees Tab.
- Filter and view employee list.
10. View Mobilisation Change History
Tracks all changes made to mobilisation settings.
Displayed Info:
- Date & Time
- Change Description
- User Who Made the Change
Steps:
- Select a mobilisation.
- Go to the Change History Tab.
