Users who want to learn to download invoices for my account.

No elevated permissions are required.

As the owner of your account, you can download your billing invoices for your subscription from within Ideagen Workforce Safety Learning.

1. Downloading your invoices

To download your invoices, follow these steps:

1. Log in as your account owner.
2. Select Manage from the header navigation.
3. Select Billing from the left menu.
4. Select the History tab.
5. Select any invoice number to begin a download of a PDF of your invoice.

Note: If Billing is not an option for you then you may not be the account owner. If you are the account owner and do not have the billing option, please reach out to our support team.
