A magic link is a secure, one-time-use email link that lets you sign in to Ideagen Workforce Safety Forms without typing your password or server URL.

1. Understanding magic links

A magic link simplifies the login process, especially if you have forgotten your details. The link is valid for one-time use only and works exclusively with the app you requested it from. For example, if you request a link from the iOS app, it will not log you in to the web version.

2. Signing in using a magic link

To sign in using a magic link, follow these steps:

1. Open the Ideagen Workforce Safety Forms app on your device.
2. Select Email me a magic link on the login screen.

3. Enter your email address associated with your Ideagen Workforce Safety Forms account.
4. Check your inbox for an email containing a blue button that links directly to the app. If your email is associated with multiple Ideagen Workforce Safety Form instances, you will see two or more blue buttons.

5. Click the button in the email to automatically log in to the app.
