Groups allow administrators to:

🧭 How to use groups
Step 1:
Log in with Admin access.
Step 2:
Navigate to the Groups section in the admin dashboard.
Step 3:
Create or edit groups based on your organisation’s structure (e.g., location, department, job role).

Assign supervisors and configure scheduling, content access, and achievement rules.
🏗️ Hierarchical groups (Ultimate Plan only)
Organisations with an Ultimate Plan can create hierarchical groups, where:
- 📁 Subgroups inherit settings from their parent group
