Sending reminders
š Summary
Administrators and Supervisors can send reminder emails to trainees for lessons marked as Due or Overdue. Lessons that are scheduled for a future date will not have the option of sending reminders.Ā
Trainees automatically receive a reminder email when a lesson becomes overdue. To send additional remindersāeither to overdue users or those nearing the end of their grace periodāfollow one of the three options below.
š Steps
Option 1: Send reminders via Review

Go to Manage > Review > Follow-ups.

Select the lesson schedule you want to send reminders for and click the ellipsis (āÆ) and select Send Reminder.

Click Send.
- A confirmation message will appear once the email is sent.
Option 2: Send reminders via Lessons

Go to Manage > Lessons and select a lesson.

Navigate to Scheduled Users, click the ellipsis (āÆ) next to the traineeās name and select Send Reminder.Ā

Click Send.

A confirmation message will appear once the email is sent.
Option 3: Send reminders via Users

Go to Manage > Users and select a user.

Under the userās profile, go to Scheduled Lessons, click the ellipsis (āÆ) next to the lesson and select Send Reminder.

Click Send.

A confirmation message will appear once the email is sent.
To send reminders to multiple users (For Option 1 and 2 only):
Click the initials next to each traineeās name to select them.
Click Send Reminders.
In the pop-up, click Send.
