Rescheduling or cancelling a lesson

Administrators and Supervisors who need to manage lesson schedules for trainees.
Admin or Supervisor role is required.
This article explains how to reschedule or cancel a lesson schedule. These actions are useful when a trainee is unavailable due to leave or illness.
1. Rescheduling a lesson
To reschedule a lesson:
- Go to Manage.
- Select Review.
- Switch to the Follow-ups tab.
- Select a user from the list.
- Click the Ellipsis next to the lesson.
- Select Reschedule lesson.
- Update the schedule date and time.
- Adjust the grace period if needed.
- Click Reschedule.
2. Cancelling a lesson
To cancel a lesson:
- Go to Manage.
- Select Review.
- Switch to the Follow-ups tab.
- Select a user from the list.
- Click the Ellipsis next to the lesson.
- Select Cancel schedule.
- In the pop-up window, click Yes to confirm cancellation.
Always confirm the trainee’s availability before rescheduling or cancelling.
