Who is this article for?

Administrators who want to enhance learner engagement by adding quizzes or tests to video lessons.

Admin or Editor role is required.

This article walks you through the steps to create a quiz or test, including how to add questions, set assessment types, and configure hints.

1. Adding an assessment

To add an assessment:

1. Go to Manage.
2. Select Lessons.
3. Switch to the Assessment tab.

4. Click Settings.

5. Select Quiz or Test.
6. If you chose test, set a Pass Rate.

Once all assessments are added and configured, publish the lesson to make it available to trainees.

2. Adding questions

You can insert questions into each module.

To add a question:

1. Click New Question
2. Choose a Question Type.
3. Enter the question details
4. For multiple choice, select one or more correct answers

5. Add images to support the question.
6. Apply text formatting as needed.

7. Click Save to store each question
8. Rearrange questions by dragging the icon with three lines at the end of each question.

3. Adding hints

To add a hint for a question:

1. Go to Advanced Options.
2. Select General Help.
3. Enter Before Quesiton Content hint if needed.
4. Enter After Question Content hint if needed
