Who is this article for?

Administrators who need to make lessons available for on-demand viewing and manage access permissions.

Admin role is required.

This article explains how to add a lesson to the On Demand Library and restrict access to specific users or groups.

Adding a lesson

To add a lesson to the library:

1. Sign in with Administrator permissions.
2. Go to Manage.
3. Select Lessons.

4. From the list, click the lesson name.
5. On the Lesson Details screen, scroll to the Library Settings section.
6. Tick the Add to Library checkbox.

7. Set user or group restrictions.
   By default, all users can view the lesson.

8. Click Save to apply changes.

Once added, a book icon will appear next to the lesson’s status.
