Adding a lesson to the library

Administrators who need to make lessons available for on-demand viewing and manage access permissions.Admin role is required.
This article explains how to add a lesson to the On Demand Library and restrict access to specific users or groups.
Adding a lesson
To add a lesson to the library:
- Sign in with Administrator permissions.
- Go to Manage.
- Select Lessons.
- From the list, click the lesson name.
- On the Lesson Details screen, scroll to the Library Settings section.
- Tick the Add to Library checkbox.
- Set user or group restrictions.
By default, all users can view the lesson.
- Click Save to apply changes.
Once added, a book icon will appear next to the lesson’s status.
