The onsite now report page can be accessed via the left sided navigation by clicking Employees --> On site now menu item.

Alternatively, this report can be accessed via the Company dashboard --> Time & attendance --> on site now.

The report provides a quick and easy overview of people who are currently onsite. The report page allows the company users to view and monitor the contractors, visitors, permanents and alerters in real-time. The following information is displayed in the report:

• Time on site
• Full name
  • Click on the name to open the employee's profile page on a separate browser page.
• Damstra badge id number
• Company name
• Department name
• Primary skill of the employee
• Timestamp of the in punch
• Location name

Note:

• Click on export excel button to export the generated report into excel, csv, rtf or pdf format
• Click on display options located on the left of the generated report to apply filters on the report.
