Dear Damstra Safety customers,

Following last night’s (01/12/2021) release, we have become aware of an issue that affects customers who use Single Sign On with Damstra Safety.

This issue is stopping customers who use Single Sign On from adding new users via the User Authorisation screen.

We are urgently working on a fix for this problem and apologise for the inconvenience. We will let you know when it has been resolved and believe that this will be no later than COB 02/12/2021

UPDATE (03/12/2021 - 4:23PM AEDT): The fix is ready for release. However, due to our release policy, we will not release this change on a Friday afternoon to mitigate any additional issues. This fix will be made live by COB on 06/12/2021
