We are currently experiencing an issue where users are experiencing a 'no access' message on our Business Intelligence service. 

This impacts users on our Azure AU service whose Vault URL contains -02.  

We are currently investigating the cause of this and looking for a more permanent solution. To resolve this issue in the interim, please see the below instruction:

1. From the Administration menu, open 'Schedule Management' 
   
2. Filter the page so that 'Access Filter' types are only shown, select the 'SiteFilter' schedule and click 'Run now'
   
3. Please check that your reports are now showing data.
