We look to have experienced a temporary unexpected outage on our Azure AU server. This outage started at 02:40 PM NZT 03/06/2020 and ended at 03:03 PM NZT 03/06/2020. This has affected users whose Vault URL contains -02 & -00. 

The service has now been successfully back up and running since. We're still investigating the cause of the issue at this stage. We apologise for the inconvenience that was caused by this.
