We have had a temporary unexpected outage on our Melbourne IT BI server with outages recorded between 8.46pm 20/01/20 and 7.30am NZST 21/01/20. This affected users whose Vault URL contains -02. 

The service is now back up and running. We apologise for the inconvenience that was caused by this.
