The username you need to use for the Damstra Safety apps (i.e. Check, Notify, Audit) is slightly different to your usual Damstra Safety logon - it needs to adhere to the following format:

damstrasafetyusername@companyid-##.vaultgrc.com where the bold sections are changed to reflect your individual information.
For example; j.bloggs@abccompany-01.vaultgrc.com

Hint: you can check your Damstra Safety URL to find your company ID in the address bar of your web browser:

Please ensure that there are no spaces in your username - your device's autocorrect function may automatically change what you have entered.
