The Transport Headings section within Settings controls the layout of the Transport Register and the information available within:

• Certificate types recorded in the Certifications tab of a Transport item

• Default expiry periods for certificate types

• Custom fields displayed in the Custom Text Fields tab of a Transport item

⚙️ Settings

Go to Settings (found under the profile icon at the top of the screen).
Expand Assets → select Transport Headings.



 

📝 Certification Types

1. Click the Heading with Expiry tab.

2. Tick the checkboxes for the certificate types you’d like to enable.

3. Set the default expiry period for each selected type using the dropdowns.

4. Items marked with the ✏️ Edit icon can be renamed.
   
   

   • Click ✏️, enter the new name, then click 💾 Save.
     
     

🛠️ Custom Fields

1. Click the Heading with Text tab.

2. You can only edit the existing 6 slots (new fields cannot be added).

3. To rename, click ✏️ Edit, enter the new name, then click 💾 Save.

4. Tick the checkboxes for the fields you want to enable.
   
   

✅ Finalise

Once selections are complete, click Back to return to Settings.
Your Transport Headings changes are now applied.
