Manage 'Result of Medical' Options - Ideagen Workforce Safety
‘Result of Medical’ Options
📘 Introduction
Ideagen Workforce Safety offers the ability to store details of Worker Medical Examinations and their outcomes. The options available to Users when recording an outcome are set via your Organisation in Settings. This guide explains how to add, edit, and delete these options.
⚙️ Settings

Go to Settings, found under the Profile icon at the top of the screen.

Expand the People section.

Select Result of Medical.
➕ Add New Option

Any existing options will be displayed in the table.

To add a new option, click Add.

Type the text to be presented.

Click Save.

The new option will now appear in the table and is immediately available when adding a new medical record (help with adding medical records is available separately in the support portal).
✏️ Edit or Delete Option

Locate the option in the table.

Click Actions.
-
Select Edit or Delete as required.
