When vehicles are added to the Transport Register in Ideagen Safety, it is mandatory to select the Category the vehicle belongs to. This guide shows how to manage these options in Settings (found under the Profile icon at the top of the screen).



 

⚙️ Settings

1. Go to Settings.

2. Expand the Assets section.

3. Click Transport Categories.
   
   
   
    

➕ Add Category

1. All existing Transport Categories are displayed.

2. Click ➕ Add.

3. Enter the Category Name.

4. Click 💾 Save.
   
   
   
    

5. The new Category will now be available when adding a Vehicle in the Transport Register.

🛠️ Edit / Delete Categories

1. Locate the Category you wish to update.

2. Click Actions.

3. Select either ✏️ Edit or 🗑️ Delete.
   
   
   
    

✅ Your Transport Categories are now updated and ready for use in the Transport Register.
