Managing Compliance types in Ideagen Workforce Safety
📄 The Compliance Module allows users to view, record information, and manage Corrective Actions related to Meetings, Toolbox Talks, and other business records.
In this guide, you'll learn how to:
✏️ Customize Compliance Menu Item names
📝 Edit the 'Type' picklist available when adding a new record
⚙️ Settings
Compliance Type options are available in Settings, found under the Profile icon at the top of the screen.
📂 Compliance Types
Click to expand the Compliance section
Then, click ‘Compliance Types’
A list of Compliance Types (menu items visible to users in your Ideagen Workforce Safety system) will appear on the left of the page.
Your system can be configured with up to seven menu items of your choice.
✏️ Edit Compliance Types
To rename or hide a Compliance Type:
Select ‘Edit’ next to the item
Enter a new name in the Type field
To hide the type, untick ‘Active Compliance Type’
Click ‘Save’ to apply changes
🔼 Change Menu Position
To change the position of a Menu Item:
Click the ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ arrows
➕ Add Type Item
To add a new Type option in the picklist:
Select the desired Compliance Type
Click ‘Add’
Enter the name of the new option and click ‘Save’
🗑️ Edit or Delete a Type Item
To Edit or Delete an existing option:
Click the appropriate button
Important Notes:
⚠️ Changes made here are permanent and cannot be undone
Updates apply immediately; there is no ‘Save’ button and cannot be canceled
