Resolve empty My Actions and My Assignments in Ideagen Safety
π Overview
The most common reason for not seeing any items in My Actions or My Assignments is that your login is not correctly linked to your personnel record.
π Solution
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Access Settings

Click the Profile Icon

Select Settings βοΈ

Navigate to User Authorisation
-
Expand the Users section π₯

Click User Authorisation π
-
(If you donβt have access to this section, contact your administrator.)

Search for the User
-
In the User Register, search for the applicable user π

From the Actions dropdown, click Edit User βοΈ

Link to the Worker Record
-
In the Find User dropdown, select the Worker Type (e.g., Worker) π·οΈ

In the Employee Name field, search for and select the correct worker record π€

Save Changes
-
Click Save πΎ

β Check if Items Appear

Go back to My Actions or My Assignments
-
If nothing appears, confirm that there are actually actions or assignments assigned to the user.
