This guide explains how to use the bulk import feature in the TIKS Assure Visitor Management Portal to upload multiple admin users or hosts using a template file.

Steps

Step 1: Access System Settings
From the Admin Dashboard, click the System Settings tile.

Step 2: Open System Users
Click the System Users tile to view user management options.

Step 3: Start Bulk Import
Click the Bulk Import button to begin the upload process.

Step 4: Download and fill out the template
Click the Template button to download the import file.
Fill in the required details for each user or host.

Step 5: Upload the completed file
Click Choose file and select your filled-out template.

Step 6: Import users
Click Import to upload the users into the system.

Tips

• Ensure all required fields in the template are completed to avoid errors.
• Double-check email addresses and roles before importing.
• You can re-import corrected files if any entries fail.
