No special access or permissions are required.

This article guides you through resetting your password using either a Web browser or the mobile app.

1. Resetting your password

1.1. Web browser

To reset your password:

1. Go to https://(organisation).velpic.net.velpic.net).
   You’ll land on the login page.

2. Click Forgot Password to open the password reset page.

3. Enter your Username or Email address.
   If you're completing lessons for Damstra Workforce Management, use your Damstra ID as your username.
4. Click Send me my details.
5. Check your email inbox for a message from do_not_reply@velpic.com.

6. Click the hyperlink in the email.
7. Enter a New Password.
8. Confirm your New Password.
9. Click Continue.
   
   

Password policy

Your password must contain:

• at least 10 characters
• uppercase and lowercase letters
• a number
• a special character

1.2. Mobile app

To reset your password:

1. Open the Ideagen Learning app.

2. Enter your organisation's instance.
   Your organisation is the domain name of your Ideagen Learning instance.
   For example, if your address is https://damstratechnology-240.velpic.net, enter damstratechnology-240.
3. Tap Continue.
4. Tap Forgot Password to open the reset screen.

5. Enter your Username.
6. Click Send.

7. Check your email inbox for a message from do_not_reply@velpic.com.

8. Click the hyperlink in the email.
9. Enter a New Password.
10. Confirm your New Password.
11. Click Continue.

Password policy

Your password must contain:

• at least 10 characters
• uppercase and lowercase letters
• a number
• a special character
