Steps
Step 1: Log in to the portal
Visit one of the following URLs based on your organization’s setup:
https://[companyname].assure.tiks.comhttps://[companyname].visitor.tiks.com.au
Sign in using your credentials. You’ll be directed to the dashboard upon successful login.
Step 2: Open the Signed-In Report
Click the Signed-In Report tile on the dashboard. This opens the report view for your site(s). The level of access and visibility depends on your permission level.
Tips
- Use a supported browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox for optimal performance.
- Use the Filter Results function in the upper-right corner to refine your report view.
- Click the Download Report button to export the report.
