This article outlines recent changes to the user interface designed to simplify navigation and improve usability.

Update summary:
We’ve made two key changes to streamline your experience:

1. Hide or show the Memos feature

We’ve added an option to hide the Memos feature. Memos are similar to Forms but are used in limited scenarios.

• For new customers, Memos are disabled by default.
• To enable or disable Memos for your organisation, contact Customer Success.

2. Access Punch Lists from the Actions Register

We’ve removed Punch Lists from the main navigation menu.

• You can now access Punch Lists by clicking the Punch Lists button in the Actions Register, located in the top-right corner next to the Create button.
