Working With the List of Scheduled Sessions

Learn how to filter and customize the session list on the Health & Safety Calendar screen to view only the sessions relevant to you.
✅ Steps:
Step 1: Access the Health & Safety Calendar
Once you land on the Health & Safety Calendar screen, the system displays all scheduled pre-start, toolbox talk, and training sessions for the current month.
Step 2: Apply filtering criteria
To narrow down the list:
- Click on the filter icon 🧮 and define one or more criteria (e.g., session type, location, worksite).
- Adjust the time period by clicking on the Start Date or End Date fields above the list and selecting your preferred date range.
Step 3: Review session details
Each session in the list view includes:
- 📅 Date
- 🟢🟡🔴 Availability marker (color-coded)
- ⏰ Start and end time
- 🧾 Session type
- 🏗️ Worksite and session name
- 📎 Attachments (if available)
- 📍 Location
- 👥 Booked vs. maximum attendees
- 🔄 Session status
🛠️ Operations you can perform in the list view:
- ➕ Click Schedule Session to add a new session (if you have permission).
- 📝 Click Details to update session information.
- ☑️ Use the Select All checkbox to:
- ❌ Cancel sessions in bulk
- ✅ Complete sessions in bulk

- Use a supported browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge) for best performance.
- Ensure your account is active before making any changes.
