Sending company messages
Who is this article for?
Users who need to view, create, and manage company messages within the Company Management module.
Company Management access and Level 2 or Level 3 User role are required.
Company messages are official communications between worksites and contractors, such as updates, announcements, and policies. They help maintain clear, consistent, and traceable communication, supporting transparency and compliance.
This article covers how to view, approve, and send company messages to contracting companies.
1. Accessing company messages
To access company messages:
- Expand the side menu.
- Open Company Management.
- Select Company messages (under Correspondence)
Here, you can view, create, and send messages depending on your permissions.
2. Sending a new message
With the right permissions, you can send messages to companies associated with your worksite.
To send a new message:
- Click New message.
- Fill out the required fields.
- Click Create message.
3. Reviewing existing messages
3.1. Awaiting approval
To approve pending messages:
- Switch to the Awaiting approval tab.
- Click Review next to the message.
- Edit message details as needed.
- Toggle to Approve.
- Click Approve message for sending.
3.2. Active messages
To view active messages:
- Switch to the Active messages tab.
- Click the Arrow to expand message details.
- Click the Menu icon to view recipients.
- Click the Speech bubble icon to view company responses.
3.3. Future messages
To view future messages:
- Switch to the Future messages tab.
- Click the Arrow to expand message details.
3.4. Expired messages
To view expired messages:
- Switch to the Expired messages tab.
- Click the Menu icon to view recipients.
- Click the Speech bubble icon to view company responses.
