SSO Token Signing Certificate Rollover
Error Condition:
If there is a problem validating your SSO signing certificate, you may be presented with one of several error messages upon logging in to Ideagen Workforce Safety (Delta).
This can be caused by:
-Installing a new thumbprint/certificate without notifying Ideagen
-Your current thumbprint/certificate has expired
Error examples:
- Unable to validate signature
- Unable to find a certificate matching the configured fingerprint.
New Token Signing Key/Certificate Procedure:
Please check if your signing certificate or thumbprint has expired. If it has, please contact Ideagen Support and provide the new thumbprint, signing certificate or your Federation Metadata in a support ticket here: https://damstra.help.ideagen.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new
After receiving your request, we will arrange for the new thumbprint or certificate to be installed on our end and inform you when this is done. Afterwards, you should be able to login again without issue.
